A WhatsApp Plus ban is the main risk of using the mod.
Why bans happen
WhatsApp's terms forbid unofficial clients. Detection looks at app signatures and behaviour.
| Ban | What happens |
|---|---|
| Temporary | A countdown, usually hours to days |
| Permanent | The number cannot register again |
Warning signs
A message saying you need the official app is a temporary ban. Switch to official WhatsApp straight away.
Lower your risk
Update promptly, avoid bulk messaging and use a secondary number.
